Basic tools

  • View card account balance, unbilled transaction, available credit and card limit
  • View new and historical statements
  • Request limit increase
  • Update your contact information
  • Download statements to business software such as ACCPAC®††, MYOB®††, Simply Accounting®††, QuickBooks®††, or Quicken®††

Advanced tools

  • If you have employee cards:
    • View all cards with one sign in
    • Modify card limits
    • Add or close employee cards
  • Transaction data management:
    • Allocate and track transactions by client code/cost centre
    • Split transaction and allocate the charges accordingly
    • Export reports and data in various formats including PDF, RTF, CSV tab delimited and Excel®††
